We’re excited to share that PRO Unlimited’s Wand VMS recently won six Stevie Awards in the 2018 International Business Awards, including honors in the following categories:
The International Business Awards is the world’s only international, all-encompassing business awards program. This year, the IBAs received more than 3,900 nominations from 74 nations and territories. (Read the official PRO release.)
Here’s a sampling of judges’ comments from the awards evaluations, along with a quick summary of the related Wand functionality, how it impacts the user experience, and links to additional resources.
The leading-edge Wand AI suite – comprised of the Wand Sourcing Platform, Wand Merlin, the Wand Campus App and the Wand Badge App – uses technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing and augmented reality to improve contingent workforce management in areas like requisition creation, job sourcing and mobile interaction.
Given the overwhelming amount of data most enterprise organizations produce, turning this information into actionable insights is a challenge for many businesses. PRO’s Total Talent Solutions helps address this challenge by providing clients with total visibility into both contingent AND full-time resources across the entire organization.
An extension of PRO’s Wand Discovery business intelligence tool, Total Talent Solutions helps managers and executives use this data to determine the best way to engage talent across all categories from a cost, quality and risk perspective.
Today’s workforce is more mobile than ever, but historically VMS technology hasn’t delivered a great mobile user experience. Wand Mobile changes this by offering an intuitive, user-friendly app that empowers managers, suppliers and employees within a company’s contingent workforce program to be more productive by completing key workforce tasks anytime and anywhere.
The latest addition to the Wand Mobile family is the Wand Mobile Supplier App, an industry-first app that enables account managers, recruiters and billing specialists to increase their productivity on the go by tackling items such as scheduling interviews, monitoring job requests and approving expenses.
Given the ongoing “war for talent,” finding and hiring the best workers is a challenge for many organizations. Wand’s Talent Network module allows clients to easily create their own private, self-sourced candidate pool. Furthermore, Wand uses industry-first resume-parsing and Candidate Matching technologies to automatically suggest candidates to managers based on a proprietary algorithm.
This year’s Stevie Award winners will be honored at a gala awards banquet in London, England, on Oct. 20. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 270 executives worldwide who participated on 12 juries. Details about The International Business Awards and the lists of Stevie Award winners are available at www.StevieAwards.com/IBA.
