Magnit Achieves C5 Certification

We’re excited to announce we have just achieved Cloud Computing Compliance Controls Catalog (C5) for Magnit Vendor Management System (VMS). This certification builds on our commitment to keeping our clients’ data protected by the latest in data security measures.
What is C5?
The German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) created the C5 to be a standard establishing a mandatory minimum baseline regarding cloud security. It also impacts public cloud solution adoption by German government agencies and companies working with the government. The purpose of C5 is to provide assurance to customers that their data is managed securely and provide a security framework for certifying cloud services providers. The C5 standard is also leveraged across other entities in the European Union. For Magnit, C5 will meet client assurance frameworks which our global customers leverage to manage their risk.
